should i get config?

can someone tell me what is difference between having a config? and if i should get 1 and why i should get 1?

if you have config you can write in it binds,commands, scripts etc. If you want easy configure et do config, its more handy than console

using someones config is not good choice(he/she can have other graphic settings, other sensivity etc.), better is to edit someones config - but you need to know et commands for it

if you rlly need handy configuration of et its good choice to have config...
